The Cat Street Gallery is proud to present Jacky Tsai’s first solo show in Hong Kong, EAST WEST. In this show,
Tsai creates western pop art using traditional Chinese crafts, ultimately creating his own Chinese contemporary
pop art. “All my art is about the fusion between Eastern and Western culture; every irrelevant element squeezes in
a tiny space but in harmony. This show expresses my love of Hong Kong culture, from 70s Kung Fu movies and
90s pop songs to the interesting changes of society after 1997”.
