The Cat Street Gallery is excited to welcome the globally renowned South African Artist Lionel Smit to Hong Kong. Contronym will be Smit’s inaugural solo show in Asia.
“A contronym is a word with two meanings, where these two meanings are the opposites of each other.”
The show is an extension of Smit's themes exploring the duality of idenity, or hybrid-identity.
