"The art works shown by the Cat Street Gallery this time are chosen from my final project. Food and dining takes an important part of our daily lives, as well as clothing. We can usually find both subjects easily in a lifestyle magazine, which I personally think the topic is leading into the trend of fashion and attempts to determine whether eating is anti-fashion. I first related the matter to junk food, processed food and harmful chemicals we involve our body with everyday and I researched into different graphic illustrations of fast food and the different portrayals of character in fast food. I developed the print and silhouette ideas from my own point of view of what food has done to my own self, my mental and physical body, and how my body is affecting my social life etc. What’s more, I have been using my own illustrated characters as a metaphor to gluttony and overindulgence to describe how humans react to each other nowadays."

The fashion collection did not really have a certain person I would like to designed for, I just wanted to do something fun, experimental and not so wearable as this might be the last chance to create something that represent myself."
